FARMINGTON WOODS, AVON, CT.
NAMES NEW GENERAL MANAGER.

 Robert “Bob” L. Elwood has been appointed as
the new General Manager at Farmington
Woods following an extensive nationwide search.

Bob Elwood has a B.A. from University of Richmond in English and Spanish, Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and a combined JD/MBA from the University of Virginia. He also has earned PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) certification, and holds real estate and law licenses.

Bob has managed properties in Snowshoe, West Virginia, Aruba, Naples, Florida and Columbus, Indiana.  He will be relocating to the Avon area with his wife and two daughters.

Farmington Woods, bridging the towns of Avon and Farmington, is the largest gated condominium in Ct. which owns and operates it own PGA Championship golf course, full service restaurant and clubhouse.  The entire complex has nearly 1100 units on 375 acres, swimming, tennis and paddle facilities, all beautifully maintained by 60 full time and up to 80 seasonal employees.

Mr. Elwood will manage the entire operation as of November 12^th. Residents and staff are eagerly awaiting his arrival.
