Avon Church To Host Large Clothing/Accessory Sale

AVON, CT — Folks looking for some chic styles on the cheap or, maybe, some accessory for a Halloween costume, can come down to a local church in Avon and check things out.

The Church of St. Ann in Avon, 289 Arch Road, Avon, is hosting a large gently used clothing sale on Friday, Oct. 4, and Saturday, Oct. 5.

Friday's event is from 5 to 7 p.m. and it carries a $5 admission charge.

Saturday's sale is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event will feature stylish, but gently used, clothing, jewelry, and other accessories — all available for the whole family inside the church hall.

Guests for the church fund-raiser can expect "blowout pricing," with most items $3.
