Avon Community Fund Seeks New Leaders For Its Board

AVON, CT —The Avon Greater Together Community Fund Advisory Committee is seeking new members to guide the organization.

In 2019, the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving established a $100,000 Greater Together Community Fund for the Town of Avon.

Since then, the fund has received another $80,000 totaling in an investment of $180,000, with the endowment funding grant awards for various community causes in town.

Those interested and who want to make a positive impact in the Town of Avon can fill out a one-page application via www.hfpg.org/avoncf and email it to avontogetherfund@gmail.com.
