Avon Obituary: Katrina Kochanski, 49

Katrina Marie Kochanski, 49, of Avon, beloved wife of Paul Walter Kochanski, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Monday, March 20, 2017.

Born in Meriden, she was the loving daughter of Dale Price and Sheila (Bartlett) Ouellette. Katrina graduated from New Britain High School, Class of 1985, and soon after began a career with Guida's Dairy where she worked for over 32 years.

Katrina's greatest passion was her family and she enjoyed many wonderful moments with them. She had a very fond appreciation for the outdoors and especially loved to go fishing. Katrina always found peaceful moments listening to great country music or just relaxing by the pool. She was an amazing wife and mother who had a kind and generous soul, and she will be loved by all who were fortunate to have known her.

Katrina is survived by her husband Paul; her son, Paul Kochanski and his fiancé Matthew DeLuise; her brother, Vincent Price; her uncle, Dana Bartlett; and her step-father, Patrick Ouellette. She is also survived by her darling and loyal dog, Sophia.

Katrina's family would also like to extend their gratitude and appreciation for the Guida's team—especially to her close friends and supporters—Kathy, Mary, and Pauline.

Katrina's family will receive friends on Thursday, March 23 from 4-7PM at the Carmon Funeral Home & Family Center, 301 Country Club Road, Avon. A private burial ceremony will take place at the convenience of the family.
