Being a CERT member means you're trained to work with state and local emergency officials in the event of a disaster (either man-made or natural) and aid your neighborhood.

Training sessions, which total 20 hours in all, will take place over four different sessions throughout March and April 1 at the Avon Fire Department's Co. 1 firehouse, 25 Darling Drive, Avon.
