Avon Residents Can Learn How To Go Solar

AVON, CT — Local residents mulling a conversion to solar energy for their homes have another chance to learn about the benefits of such a move.

The Avon Clean Energy Commission has announced the third event in its PowerSmart Avon campaign hosted by the CT Green Bank: Battery Storage Systems - Virtual Info Session.

The virtual event will be held on Wednesday, March 26, at 6 p.m.

"Come learn about state and federal incentives and increased options for the latest and cleanest backup power when the grid goes down," wrote the commission.
