More than 3,000 students graduated from Tufts on May 22, 2016, during a university-wide commencement ceremony, with actor and comedian Hank Azaria, a Tufts alumnus, serving as the speaker.

- Garrett Roell with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering Magna Cum Laude
- Shivani Sinha with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Sean Deneen with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Summa Cum Laude
- Maura McQuade with a Bachelor's degree in Peace and Justice Studies
- Emma Fridkin with a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics.
