Avon Ties for Seventh at Class M Wrestling Championships
Four Falcons emerged as placewinners at the Class M meet at Guilford High School.
GUILFORD, CT — Avon High School produced four placewinners, enabling the Falcons to tie for seventh at the Class M wrestling championships, which concluded Saturday at Bristol Central High School.
Avon placewinners and their weight classes were:
- 3rd - Henry Schrecengost, 285
- 4th - Christopher Gens, 220
- 5th - Abhilash Bhabad, 106; Matthew Bourquin, 195
