Avon Town Clerk Vault Expansion Project To Begin

AVON, CT — Guests are advised that, effective Aug. 25, the rear entrance to Avon Town Office Building #2 will be permanently closed due to construction on the project to expand the town clerk’s vault.

Visitors to the town clerk and collector of revenue will need to access Building #2 by the main entrance, which is across from Building #1.

Visitors should also note that, while construction is underway, the sidewalk that runs behind Building #2 to the Avon Police Department building will be closed.

People can access the Avon Police Department via the upper parking lot adjacent to Route 44.
