The property is in an Office Park zone, and already includes two office buildings and the Alsop House – a residential building with four apartments, that the commission approved under special exception on July 25, 2006.
The new office building would be 20,400 square feet and one story, and parking lot adjustments would need to be made to accomodate both residential and office parking.
