Love Begins within Through Meditation (Virtual Event)

This February, join Gerry Gorman for a beautiful meditation centered on the most important relationship of all — the one we have with ourselves. During the month of Valentine’s, we celebrate love and connection. Meditation on the Inner Light offers an opportunity to slow down, and reconnect with the love, compassion, and kindness that already lives within us. Join Gerry for a powerful workshop exploring the practice of Inner Light Meditation. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and experience this transformative technique for yourself. When we connect with our inner light, we create a deeper sense of peace and connection within. From this place, we can extend love more freely to our families, friends, communities, and the world around us. Take a quiet moment this February to pause, breathe, and remember:

Join Gerry and make this Valentine’s season a celebration of love: beginning within.
