The Avon Public Library is pleased to announce a new foreign film & discussion series this Fall. The evening film series will be led by local film expert, Bob Kagan, Professor of Communication at CCSU and University of Hartford. Award winning films from Brazil, Italy, Spain and Taiwan will be introduced & discussed by Kagan on four Thursday nights this Fall, beginning at 6:30 pm:
