Detours to be Set Up Around Hollister Drive

The ongoing water main replacement project on West Avon Road will begin crossing Hollister Drive on Wednesday, Sept. 23 and should be through the intersection no later than the end of the day on Thursday, Sept. 24.

Due to traffic concerns, the amount of connections involved in this area, and the wiring for the intersection’s traffic light, Hollister Drive will be closed at its intersection with West Avon Road from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on those dates.

Traffic heading east on Hollister Drive will be detoured onto Crestwood Drive to Bronson Drive to West Avon Road.

Traffic heading south on West Avon Road will be detoured onto Bronson Road to Crestwood Drive to Hollister Drive.

Traffic heading north on West Avon Road will be detoured onto Country Club Road.

Appropriate signage will be placed to direct these detours.
