- Avon Self Storage has requested a special exception that would allow the company to expand its business onto 190 and 230 Old Farms Road parcels. Avon Self Storage is also looking to fill and regrade the floodplain, which requires special exception approval.
- While Capitol Region Education Council applications for site plan approval of its proposed Reggio Magnet School of the Arts, permission to have a school in an RU2A zone, and a requested subdivision of the property are listed on the agenda, they will be continued to September, at earliest. The Inland Wetlands Commission needs to approve their site plan first under state statutes. The commission has delayed making a decision until Sept. 1 to have more time to review any possible impact building a magnet school would have on the wetlands.
- William Deramo has applied for a special exception to permit waiver of density requirement at his 359 West Avon Road property, located in a residential zone. He has also applied for a two-lot subdivision.

- In addition to the Avon Self Storage application, Accubranch, LLC awaits approval of the proposal to put a bank with a drive thru into the former Boston Market site.

- The end of the meeting will be closed to the public, as the Planning and Zoning Commission discusses pending litigation that contests the zone change decision on the education council's 59 Waterville Road build site. John and Joseph Delbone , arguing that changing the commercial property to residential land will affect the value of their neighboring property.
