Free Yoga In Avon This Weekend

Residents can attend free weekly gentle yoga classes beginning June 6 at Avon Free Public Library.

AVON, Conn. — A free gentle yoga program will take place Saturday, June 6, at the Avon Free Public Library, offering residents an opportunity to participate in guided yoga sessions focused on relaxation and wellness.

The class will be led by Prabha of Shwaas Yoga, and it is scheduled for Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the library's Community Room.

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Organizers said free yoga charts will be available to attendees.

Those interested in participating are asked to register by providing their name and contact information to the program organizer.

According to promotional materials, the program is being offered free of charge and is open to community members seeking a gentle introduction to yoga or a regular wellness activity.
