Garden Club Giving Away Free Plants, Seeds And Vases At Avon Library
The Garden Club of Avon will give away free plants, seeds, vases, and other garden items Oct. 2-3 at the Avon Free Public Library.
AVON, CT — Avon residents looking to add something new to their homes or gardens can pick up free plants and other items during a two-day giveaway at the Avon Free Public Library.
The Garden Club of Avon is holding its "Free Plants for Your House & Garden" event on Friday, Oct. 2, from 1 to 5 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 3, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
According to an event flyer, free items will include plants, decorative containers, dried hydrangea blossoms, seeds, and vases.
