Grand Opening for The Residence at Brookside

State Rep. Tim LeGeyt joined local officials and guests at the grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting for The Residence at Brookside.

Located at 117 Simsbury Road in Avon, The Residence at Brookside is a new senior housing community featuring 74 Independent Living, Assisted Living and Reflections Memory Care apartments.

Built and operated by one of New England’s oldest and most-experienced senior housing companies, Brookside offers modern convenience, classic Connecticut style, and a quality of care that only experience can offer.

The facility serves Avon, Bloomfield, Burlington, Canton, Farmington, Simsbury and West Hartford.
