Claire Criscuolo, owner and chef at award-winning restaurant Claire's Corner Copia will share her forty years of expertise.

Removing Obstacles between YOU and Eating Well is the topic of Claire Criscuolo’s talk presented by the Farmington Garden Club as its Annual Founders Fund Lecture. Customers have been making a steady path to Claire’s restaurant for the past forty years and they have returned for more.....and more. Author of four cookbooks and enthusiastic advocated of local, organic farming, Claire’s recipes and techniques range across all ethnic cuisines and preparation methods. In this presentation she’ll include tips on feeding a large family to cooking for one---all with delicious results.

The talk will take place at the Farmington Main Library, 6 Monteith Drive, Farmington, CT 06032 on Monday, November 9 at noon. There is no charge for this event and plenty of parking.
