Hit-And-Run Crash Involving 3-Wheel Motorcycle Probed In Avon: PD
The Avon Police Department this week said it is seeking the public's help in investigating a hit-and-run crash over the weekend.
AVON, CT — Local police are investigating a serious crash in town over the weekend and asking for the public's help to determine what happened.
The Avon Police Department said the incident was on Saturday, May 4, and it involved an evading vehicle along with serious injuries.
Police said a white, four-door sedan fled north on Waterville Road after becoming involved in an accident with a three-wheeled motorcycle at about 7:09 p.m.

The accident, according to police, resulted in serious injuries to someone on the motorcycle.
APD officials said the crash happened on Waterville Road in the area of Pine Hill Road and they're asking the public to come forward with any information.
