It’s the highest quality and will surely make a memorable impression on your guests! Our Premium Choice roasts, are the next best thing, offering a great marbling and excellent flavor and tenderness. Our very talented Catering Chefs have also developed a line of sauces to pair with your roasts. We will be sampling our Chef Prepared Sides on Saturday December 12th & 19th, from noon to 4pm.
