It's Back to Jail for Man With Ties to 2005 Avon Mountain Crash
He was charged with violating probationary terms.

AVON, CT — The owner of the truck involved in the fatal crash on Avon Mountain in 2005 was ordered back to a cell after being arrested for violating the terms of his probation, the Hartford Courant reported.
David Wilcox, 81, who owned American Crushing and Recycling, had been sentenced to six years in prison for maintenance violations on a commercial vehicle, court records indicate.
