Lodging Business Among 18 New Businesses Registered In Avon In August

AVON, CT — Avon recorded 18 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Real estate and holding companies led the way with three filings, followed by commercial landlords and education and training businesses.

SS REIT was one of the more distinctive filings — a lodging business — joined by Emmetropia Consulting, a research business and Vault Scout, a resale shop. All but one organized as a limited liability company; the exception was a professional LLC.
