Man Charged With Manslaughter in Avon Woman's Death
The man is accused of drunken driving which led to a fatal crash in Dec. 2014.

A Winchester man has been charged with second-degree manslaughter in connection with a fatal crash in New Hartford that killed an Avon woman and seriously injured two others last December, the Hartford Courant reported.
James Laboy, 29, was also charged with two counts of second-degree assault, three counts of second-degree reckless endangerment, operating under the influence and traveling too fast for conditions.
Judicial records show he is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear Nov. 12 in Bantam Superior Court.

Laboy is charged with causing the death of Marissa Offsay, 23, during the crash on Route 219 on Dec. 4, 2014.
