Meditation Is Key To Love: Avon Library Program

The Avon Free Public Library Thursday is hosting a free, virtual program that teaches folks to feel love through meditation.

AVON, CT — Libraries in general are peaceful, quiet places.

So it only stands to reason that a program helping folks treat themselves to even more peaceful and quiet time would be sponsored by the Avron Free Public Library.

The library on Thursday, Feb. 15, is hosting a free virtual event at 7 p.m. called "Connecting to the Love Within Through Meditation."

Given the date of the event, after Valentine's Day, such a topic is apropos.

The forum is being hosted by meditation expert Arvind Naik, who will teach folks how to use the practice of meditation to incorporate more love and peace in their lives.
