Readers' Choice: Who is Your Favorite Florist?

May 13 is weeks away and you know what that means: Mother's Day.

Do you buy your mother, grandmother or wife flowers to show them how special they are? Or are you the kind of person who surprises your loved one with flowers any day of the year? How about birthdays or other holidays?

Whichever it may be, where do you go in Avon to get your flowers? Who is your favorite florist?

If your favorite isn't in Avon, where else do you go locally?

This is your chance to share with Avon Patch readers your recommendations and give a shout out to your favorite business.

As a reminder, here's how our Readers' Choice feature works:

• We'll ask a question about your favorites.
• We invite you to post your nominations in the comments below.
• We hope you'll also spread the word about this to your friends on Facebook and Twitter and get them involved.
• Submit comments until 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Then:

• We'll take the nominees and post a poll first thing Thursday morning.
• After the poll starts on Thursday, you'll be able to vote till Friday at 9 a.m.
• On Saturday, we announce the winner.
