Simsbury Photographer April Aldighieri to Exhibit in Avon
The Investors Center, Inc. of Avon will host an Open House Art Show, food & wine tasting, featuring photos by April Aldighieri on Sept 10.
Avon, CT – The Investors Center, Inc. of Avon will host an Open House Art Show, featuring photography by April Aldighieri of Simsbury, a wine tasting by CT Wine of Avon, and a food tasting on Wednesday, September 10, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m at their Avon Office, 70 East Main Street (next to Max-a-Mia). The photographs will remain on display through early December.
April finds beauty in simple, ordinary everyday items and turns them into brilliant objects of beauty. She extracts the charm and character from the many places she visits. She has won several awards for her work. April has been showing her work throughout Connecticut in art shows and galleries for the past 10 years. She photographs private New England gardens, Medieval Villages and Marketplaces in Europe and lovely hamlets in New England.
