Teen/Children's Book Sale Is Saturday At Avon Library
Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Avon Free Public Library.
AVON, CT — With Saturday expected to be rainy, there is probably no better way to spend it than browsing through the Avon Free Public Library's kids and teen book sale.
Hosted by the Friends of the Avon Free Public Library, the sale will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the library, which is located at 281 Country Club Road, Avon.
There, guests can get sweet deals on a variety of children's books, picture books, tween and teen books, DVDs, CDs and various hardcover and paperback titles.

There is no admission fee and no strollers are allowed in the cramped room where the sale will take place.
All credit cards will be accepted as well.

Proceeds benefit the Friends organization, which funds various library programs and needs not funded in the budget.
