BERLIN, CT - Berlin arrest log:

-- Thomas Frady, Jr., 44, of Norwich, was charged with two counts of fugitive of justice and third-degree larceny.

-- Brian Jenkins, 29, of Danielson, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and two counts of fifth-degree larceny/shoplifting.
