May 2

Jozef Kulesz, 70, of McGee Lane, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct, assault of an elderly victim, threatening, and violation of a protective order at 3:55 p.m. He was to appear in court May 4.

May 3

Denny James Burns, 51, of SE 8th Street, Ocala, Fla., was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, illegal possession of a large-capacity magazine, criminal possession of a firearm, and violation of probation at 1:30 a.m. He was to appear in court May 4.

Dennis Elijah Nevarez, 18, of Hinman Street, Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and smoking/inhaling cannabis while operating a motor vehicle at 9:10 p.m. He was to appear in court May 14.

Patricia Lynn Tingley, 67, of SE 8th Street, Ocala, Fla., was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, illegal possession of a large-capacity magazine, and criminal possession of a firearm at 1:30 a.m. She was to appear in court May 4.

Jonathan Trevor Kennedy, 35, of Riverside Drive, Idaho Springs, Colo., was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, and violation of conditions of release at 6:51 p.m. He was to appear in court May 5.

Vesana Sam, 44, of Warner Road, Berlin, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 8:06 a.m. He was to appear in court May 18.

John Lattarulo, 84, of Hummingbird Drive, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct (obstructing vehicular/pedestrian traffic) at 7:12 p.m. He was to appear in court May 19.

Lynn M. Perry, 54, of Burgess Street, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, and first-degree violation of conditions of release at 8:15 a.m. She was to appear in court May 7.

Edward J. Lee, 48, of MacArthur Drive, Waterbury, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation/suffocation at 10:14 a.m. He was to appear in court May 13.

Michael Penna, 64, of Circlewood Drive, Berlin, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying a signal of an officer, traffic control signal violations, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 6:27 a.m. He was to appear in court May 13.
