• Deja Vu: Berlin Voters Reject Town and School Budgets; Now Up To Town Officials (patch.com) — Berlin voters have rejected revised town and school budgets for 2026-27 for a second time, leaving the final decision to town officials under the town charter. With both spending plans defeated at low-turnout referendums, the Board of Finance and Town Council must now adjust the budgets, set the mill rate, and adopt a final plan that will determine Berlin homeowners’ tax bills.
