Investigators used a fluid trail from the vehicle to determine its likely route after the collision.

Police said the vehicle traveled on Hudson Street east of Westview Terrace before turning right onto Worthington Ridge southbound.

It then traveled eastbound on Middletown Road and continued northbound on the Berlin Turnpike.

Investigators are seeking surveillance footage from the area during that time period that may show either the crash itself or a vehicle with significant front-end damage.

Anyone with relevant video footage is asked to contact BPD Officer Christopher Lajoie at 860-828-7080 or by email at clajoie@berlinpd.org.
