BERLIN, Conn. — Berlin officials are reminding residents to plan for dangerous heat as Berlin Town Hall offices close for the Independence Day holiday weekend.
The Town of Berlin said all Town Hall offices will close at the end of the business day on Thursday, July 2, and remain closed through Monday, July 6.
Residents seeking relief from the heat during the closure are encouraged to stay with family members or neighbors, visit shopping malls or other air-conditioned public places, or use the Berlin Police Department lobby and waiting area if needed.
