June 17

Antar M. Shaddad, 19, of South Street, New Britain, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage, following too closely, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 10:04 a.m. He will appear in court July 10.

June 20

Scott T. Andrews, 56, of Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 3 a.m. He was to appear in court July 1.

Todd Murphy, 53, of Broad Street, Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration plates, possession of an abandoned marker, operating a motor vehicle without a license, use of drug paraphernalia, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 3 a.m. He was to appear in court July 2.

June 21

Kalen W. Brice, 36, Arlington Street, Hartford, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, improper turns, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 12:45 a.m. He was to appear in court July 24.

June 22

Tracy L. Catlin, 45, of no certain address, Berlin, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 5:31 a.m. She will appear in court July 6.

Nyre A. Hallums, 50, of Farmington Avenue, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast, and use of drug paraphernalia at 4:53 a.m. He will appear in court July 6.

Tyree Maliek Jenkins, 26, of Wyllys Street, Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and violation of a protective order at 8:35 p.m. He was to appear in court June 23.

Leslie Monserrat Martinez-Ayala, 27, of Franklin Avenue, Hartford, was charged with reckless driving and engaging police in pursuit at 2:21 p.m. She will appear in court July 6.

Ricardo Viruet, 30, of Court Street, New Britain, was charged with violation of probation at 9:39 a.m. He was to appear in court July 2.

Cassandra Lynn Oslander, 23, of Stadford Court, Meriden, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 12:14 p.m. She will appear in court July 10.

June 27

Kelly Hackett, 36, of Lewis Circle, Wallingford, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, and violation of traffic control signals at 9 p.m. She will appear in court July 9.

June 28

Danielle Urciullo, 41, of Farmington Avenue, New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court (five counts) and first-degree failure to appear in court at 1:54 p.m. She was to appear in court June 29.

July 29

Torres Felix Alberto Malave, 31, of Pearl Harbor Street, Bridgeport, was charged with drinking while driving at 6:46 a.m. He will appear in court July 10.

June 30

Alex Karwowski, 32, of Governor Street, New Britain, was charged with criminal attempt at first-degree larceny and second-degree harassment at 8:14 p.m. He was to appear in court July 1.
