Aug. 1
Hanna Marie Scanlon, 30, of Liberty Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, improper parking, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance at 2 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 13.
Aug. 2
Allen L. Grover, 57, of Moylan Court, Newington, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment at 2:02 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 13.
Laura A. Kuhl, 59, of Churchill Drive, Newington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court (two counts) at 4:06 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 3.
Aug. 5
Salvatore Charles Graham, 44, of Main Street, Norwich, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 3:13 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 18.
Susan Nelson, 60, of Copper Beech Court, Berlin, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle at 10:02 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 13.
Aug. 7
Catherine Leigh Baer, 35, of North Colony Road, Meriden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and traffic control signal violations at 1 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 21.
Shelly Inthisone, 33, of Elm Street, New Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, first-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 9:10 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 10.
Kayla Anne Leonetti, 32, of Randolph Road, Middletown, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:30 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 7.
Aug. 8
Michael Malawi Drummer, 45, of Center Street, Meriden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to take a sobriety test, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 2 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 20.
Aug. 13
Shawn Richard Malcarne, 38, of High Street, Portland, was charged with violation of probation at 10:05 p.m. He was to appear in court on Aug. 20.
