BERLIN, CT — Berlin residents who need help registering to vote can get assistance at the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library next week as part of National Voter Registration Day.
Volunteers will be available Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 3 to 6 p.m. in the library lobby at 234 Kensington Road.
The drop-in event coincides with National Voter Registration Day and is intended to help people who have not yet registered to vote.
Midterm and state elections will take place locally, statewide, and nationally on Nov. 3.
No appointment is necessary, and participants can stop by anytime during the three-hour session. The event is listed for adults ages 18 and older.
Residents who prefer to register online can use Connecticut's online voter registration system at voterregistration.ct.gov.
