Sept. 1

Brian Albert Lazauskas, 53, of Watertown Road, Thomaston, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 15.

Sept. 2

Deevani Alexander Felix, 20, of Water Street, Southington, was charged with organized retail theft (less than $10,000), conspiracy to commit organized retail theft, third-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 2.

Travoy Tommell Greenfield, 31, of Crown Street, Meriden, was charged with organized retail theft (less than $10,000), conspiracy to commit organized retail theft, third-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 2.

Sept. 3

Rafael Arizmendi, 46, of Britania Street, Meriden, was charged with disobeying the signal of an officer and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 7:19 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 17.

Jeffrey A. Paul, 36, of Sunset Lane, Berlin, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 5:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 11.

Naibel Ian Rivera, 24, of East Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive in the proper lane, operating a motorcycle without insurance, operating a motorcycle without endorsement, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 6:19 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 17.

Arian Torres, 25, of Willow Street, Meriden, was charged with conspiracy to commit organized retail theft (less than $10,000), organized retail theft (less than %10,000), third-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 3.

Sept. 4

Scott Windfield Clavette, 57, of Governor Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 18.

Gregory S. Lausier, 38, of Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:32 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 18.

Michael Frederic Rogers, 43, of New Britain Road, Berlin, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 10:45 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 8.

Brandon L. Maines, 39, of East Street, Stafford Springs, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest and threatening at 1:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 11.

Dante Isaiah Santiago, 30, of Lewis Road, New Britain, was charged with reckless driving and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10:47 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 24.
