Emanuel Story, 38, of Brooke Meadow Road, Berlin, was charged with violation of probation at 6:39 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 2.

Oct. 20

Josephson Nkuriye, 18, of Goodwill Avenue, Meriden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, and violation of traffic control signals at 10:17 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 2.

Ethan Scott Poissant, 35, of Douglas Street, Worcester, Mass., was charged with third-degree assault at 9:26 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 21.

Oct. 21

Jason Angel Santos, 35, of Mount Pleasant Street, Meriden, was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny at 11:22 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 3.

Kimberly Warner, 44, of Worthington Ridge, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:20 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 22.

Gregory Richard Carlson, 40, of Shelly Street, Cromwell, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 12:25 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 2.

Oct. 24

Eleazer J. Braboy, 37, of Sachem Street, Norwich, was charged with criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny at 4:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 6.

Skylar Camron Hyburg, 18, of Cole Lane, Berlin, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (BAC of .02 for someone less than 21), possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street/highway, and drinking while driving at 10:20 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 10.

Christopher Kumm, 59, of Robins Road, Berlin, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to take a sobriety test at 12:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 6.

Tod Stolting, 64, of no certain address, Middlefield, was charged with risk of injury to a child and stalking at 5:42 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 28.

Jonathan Diaz, 33, of Sylvan Avenue, Meriden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, evading responsibility for injury/property damage, and following too closely at 2:48 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 10.

Randy J. Rinaldi, 38, of East Street, Middletown, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and failure to drive in the proper lane at 4 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 6.

Antonio Darche Roman, 37, of Overhill Drive, Berlin, was charged with third-degree assault at 5:30 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 10.

Jonathan Vazquez, 26, of Jackson Street, Meriden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, and third-degree assault at 5 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 12.
