Armed Robber Sought In Berlin: Police
The suspect robbed a local gas station/convenience store Friday morning.
BERLIN, CT — Local police are looking for a gun-wielding robber who held up a local gas station early Friday morning.
According to the Berlin Police Department, officers at 12:01 a.m. were called to the Citgo Gas Station, 1289 Farmington Ave., for a report of an armed robbery.
Police said they are looking for a young, light-skinned male of average height, possible Hispanic, who entered the gas station and pointed a gun at the clerk.

The suspect then ordered the clerk to empty the cash register into a purpler and white children's backpack, police said.
The suspect then got into the passenger side of a vehicle, believed to be a dark maroon 2010s Honda Accord, with a doughnut tire on the front passenger side, according to the BPD.

Police said the vehicle fled the area east on Farmington Avenue.
