Bank Robber Sought In Berlin: BPD
A Webster Bank branch in Berlin was robbed Wednesday afternoon.

BERLIN, CT — Local police are looking for a male suspect who robbed a bank late Wednesday afternoon in Berlin.
According to the Berlin Police Department, at about 3:43 p.m. Wednesday, a "light-skinned" male suspect about 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a light, blondish beard, entered a Webster Bank branch at 40 Webster Square Road.
Police said the man then demanded cash from the teller.

According to the BPD, the suspect appeared to leave in a dark-colored vehicle parked nearby, possibly a Kia Soul.
Police offered no further information, but did release surveillance images of the man believed responsible and they're asking for the public's assistance.
