Berlin Announces Holiday Impacts To Town Operations

Town offices will be impacted by the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays.

BERLIN, CT — Local officials have announced the upcoming holiday impacts on Town of Berlin operations at the end of this year and beginning of next year.

Christmas

Berlin Town Hall will close at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 22.

Town hall will then be closed for the day on Friday, Dec. 23, and Monday, Dec. 26, which is the observed Christmas Day holiday.

There will be no impacts on the trash/recycling scheduled.

New Year's Day

Regarding the new year, town officials said all Town of Berlin departments will be closed on Monday, Jan. 2, 2023, in observance of the New Year Holiday.

The normal trash/recycling schedule will apply.
