Berlin-Based Company Leases Space in Milford

A Berlin-based furniture company is opening up a second new space in Milford.

Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced that two Pearce Commercial Pros in the Company’s Milford Commercial Office, represented tenant and owner in a successful 10,000 square-foot lease transaction at 1770 Boston Post Road, Milford.

John Bergin, Pearce Senior Commercial Specialist, represented the tenant, CADO Modern Furniture of Berlin, CT., and he and Carl G. Russell, CCIM, SIOR, and Senior Broker, represented the owner of the 51,000 square-feet retail space, M&K Post Road Associates, LLC.

CADO Modern Furniture retails affordable furniture made in Germany, Spain, Italy and the United States. The company is expanding its Connecticut presence with this second new space in Milford.
