Berlin Business Expands, Purchases $1.1 Million Property

BERLIN, CT — PYC Manufacturing, an aerospace manufacturer, will expand its operations in Berlin, according to The Hartford Business Journal. The company recently purchased a 20,633-square-foot industrial building at 758 Four Rod Road for $1.1 million.

The property sits on five acres and has been the location of an online consignment store. The owner of that business is seeking to downsize, The Hartford Business Journal reported.
