Berlin Dems Rescheduled Fundraiser To Oct. 1

BERLIN, CT — Following Sunday's postponement of a fundraiser due to rain, the Berlin Democratic Town Committee has rescheduled an open house and planned cookout for Sunday, Oct. 1.

Group members will open their campaign headquarters for the fall election at 10 a.m. It
is located at 1227 Farmington Ave.

They will then head out to local neighborhoods for campaigning and door-knocking, and will contact Berlin voters via a phone bank.

Guests will finish the day with their rescheduled “Cookout the Vote” picnic.

Running from 4 to 7 p.m. at 80 Brandegee Lane, it was originally set for Sunday, Sept. 24,
but postponed due to weather.

Tickets to the event, which will also feature food and games, are $20 for adults and $10 for ages 13-20.
