The seminar will be led by Dang Do and a research team from Trinity College as part of Hartford’s Voter Captain’s Project, an initiative designed to increase voter participation.

“We want to help people better understand the real power of their vote,” said Cornel Boudria of Grassroots Berlin. “This event is about more than information—it’s about empowering individuals to recognize that their voice matters and that their participation can directly shape the future of their community.”
