Berlin: 'Take This Bus And Stuff It' (For A Good Cause)

BERLIN, CT — The New Britain Transportation Co. is hosting a "stuff-a-bus" event in Berlin Saturday that will be collecting everything from food and toys for those in need this holiday season.

The collection site is The Truck Bar, 151 Webster Square Road, Berlin.

Items being collected include unwrapped toys, non-perishable food items and monetary donations.

But in addition to a day of giving, the event promises to offer some fun for the whole family, as there will be raffles, kid's goody bags and, even, a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus.

Donations will benefit multiple organizations in the area, including: the Southington Community Center; Prudence Crandall Center; New Opportunities in Meriden; and Berlin Social and Youth Services.
