The prestigious All-State festival consists of the top high school musicians in the state.

From Berlin HS: Eight students from Berlin High School participated in the Connecticut Music Educators Association (CMEA) All-State Music Festival at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford March 30th through April 1st .

The prestigious All-State festival consists of the top high school musicians in the state. To qualify, students had to successfully make their way through two rigorous auditions, first earning a spot in the Northern Region Music Festival and then going through an even more challenging audition process to land a spot in the All-State festival.

During the intense three-day event students learned advanced repertoire under the direction of renowned conductors. The culmination of the festival was a concert featuring concert band, orchestra, chorus, and jazz band.
