Berlin Man Wins Max Payout In Lotto Scratch-Off Game

BERLIN, CT — A local liquor store had a nice payout this week for a scratch-off game, according to the Connecticut Lottery Corp.

Lottery officials said a Berlin man won $10,000 playing the 10X Cash 16th Edition scratch-off game on Monday, July 3.

The games costs $10 to play, and $10,000 is the maximum prize for that particular game.

The winning game was purchased at Plaza Liquors, according to the lottery corp.
