Berlin Obituary: Dorothea Wasserman, 93

Dorothea H. (Roberts) (Stenner) Wasserman, 93, formerly of Plainville, passed away Sunday January 1, 2017 at Ledgecrest Health Care Center in Kensington. She was the loving wife of the late Robert Stenner and the late Sidney Wasserman.

Dorothea was born August 29, 1923 in Plainville a daughter of the late Louis R. and Dorothea P. (Farina) Roberts. She was a graduate of Plainville High School and had worked as an Inspector and Assembler at Fafnir Bearing, retiring with over 30 years of service. Dorothea was also a member of a local choral group.

She leaves her son, Jeffrey Stenner of Windsor, her daughters, Christine Berbarian and Robin Anderson both of Vermont, her brother Richard J. Roberts of Kensington, her grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Dorothea will be celebrated privately.
