
Mary Bocwinski, 100, formerly of Kensington and recently of Warwick, RI, passed away on October 9, 2016.
Born in Dupont, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Sophie (Czachor) Mazur. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Bocwinski.
She is survived by her daughters, Alice Woods and Janet Parker and her husband, Alan Parker. She is the grandmother of Berrik Woods and Joseph Woods and great grandmother of Skyla-Mae Woods and aunt to many nieces and nephews. She always had a special affection for her nephew, Peter Fliss, and all he did for her while she was in Kensington.

Mary was a communicant of St. Paul’s Church and enjoyed gardening, sewing and cooking.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 13 at 9:30 at Berlin Memorial Funeral Home, 96 Main St., Kensington. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Paul’s Church at 11:30. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in New Britain.
