Summer Margaret Cioli, 21, of Berlin, passed away on Thursday, December, 28, 2017. Born in New Britain, she is survived by her mother, JoAnn Cooley, father, Jerry Cioli, and stepmother, Gina Cioli.
Summer was a free spirit and always willing to help people. She enjoyed spending time with family, including vacationing in Wildwood, NJ, her “happy place”. She graduated from Berlin High School in 2016, and was a student at Tunxis Community College.
Summer is also survived by brothers, Ethan Renner and Seth Cioli, a step-brother, Joey Quiles, two step-sisters, Jennifer and Janice Quiles, grandparents, Gerald Cioli, and Dan and Ruelene Szewczul, aunt and godmother, Denise Cioli, aunt and uncle, Mary and Steve Parker, uncles Mario Cioli and Bobby Cooley, several cousins, great aunts, great uncles, and close friends. Summer was predeceased by grandparents Robert and Barbara Cooley.

Friends and family may call on Tuesday, January 2, 2017, from 4 – 7 p.m. at the Berlin Memorial Funeral Home, 96 Main Street Kensington.
